Razor Management is excited to announce the promotion of Kurt to Assistant Manager.
Kurt has been with Razor Management Group less than 4 months during which time he has became a valued asset to the company.
Before joining Razor Management Group, Kurt was very much part of the corporate world. However, he was a never afraid to start from the bottom and work his way up. His professional life started with some background experience in management at the local Papa John’s. He rose through the ranks to General Manager and ran his own crew in the central Arkansas locations by the age of 20. Soon, after knowing this is not what he wanted to do for a living, he went to school for his BA in Psychology and left the world of Papa John’s behind.
While in college he picked up a job as a barista in Starbucks. Working early mornings and through dedication, he rose to another management position. As he was finishing up his degree, he was asked to work for a fraternal life insurance company named the Knights of Columbus. It was in line with what he wanted and he began his journey in sales.
As Kurt relates, “The Knights of Columbus was an excellent company to work for, but I really wanted to run my own team. So, when I saw Razor Management was hiring with the tagline “Team Orientated”, I was immediately intrigued. Razor Management seemed to offer all the qualities I was constantly looking for in a work environment. Knowing that I would be able to soon run my own team, drew me into the Razor Management environment. The focus on team and relationship building was clearly evident inside the company and that is what I really wanted in a career.
I have been at Razor Management for little under four months and the best of my experience has to be the people I work with. We are truly a team! If anyone is looking to be part of the Razor Management team, my advice to you is to come in with an open mind, you will be part of an awesome team who wants you to grow. RAZOR MANAGEMENT GROUP is pleased to recognize Cole for Employee Spotlight of the Month!
After just a few short weeks Cole has become an instrumental part of the Razor Management team. Bringing his leadership skills from his time serving in the Military, Cole has already moved into a management role helping launch the Connections Department within our retail vendor partner.
A Northwest AR Native, Cole joined the Marine Corps after graduating high school. Originally stationed in California, Cole and his soon to be Wife planned their Wedding. Just before the wedding they found out he was to be stationed in Oahu, causing wedding plans to be altered. Not to be deterred, Cole and his bride made the move to Oahu where they started their family. A dedicated family man Cole has a beautiful daughter and is anticipating the arrival of the newest addition to his family this December.
After moving back to the states and beginning his job search Cole came across a job ad for “Management Training” at Razor Management Group. Cole states that the training program, opportunity for growth and the fact that Razor Management is team oriented captured his attention. When we asked Cole what advice he could offer to others looking at becoming a part of Razor Management he related that “no other company is truly an Equal Opportunity Employer as RMG because no matter your background the opportunity at RMG is the same for everyone”.
As for Razor Management when Cole walked into our office we knew by his demeanor and the way he presented himself he was going to be a great fit for our office. Moving effortlessly from one role to another Cole exceeds expectations daily. We are tremendously proud to have Cole as part of our organization and look forward to watching his continued growth.
Jamie Bluestein, an East Coast native, made her way down to Arkansas in June 2017 for new opportunities. Since then, she has helped lead our team at Razor launch new programs with our partnering retailers, while also spearheading our current marketing campaigns. Jamie went to Temple University in Philadelphia to study Mathematics, but always knew she wanted to work in a positive team environment away from the corporate America norm. Her desire for success and passion for helping others reach their full potential is what keeps her motivated every day.

We naturally become the people we surround ourselves with, and I make sure to surround myself with successful, positive, driven individuals. The culture we have at Razor Management Group gets me excited to wake up and go to work every day.”
With Jamie’s most recent accomplishment of getting promoted to a partnering Manager, she will be running our second location in Fayetteville to help expand our clients and double the size of our team. Congrats Jamie!
Razor Management is proud to recognize Allen for the Razor Management Group Employee Spotlight of the Month. Allen who was born and raised in Arkansas came to Razor Management Group after a stint in Hawaii serving our Military. He remains loyal to his country as acting Army Reserve. This Military leadership has served Allen well as he has done a tremendous job with Razor Management since he first started last fall.
Allen says he applied for the position at Razor Management to improve himself as a leader and he has certainly accomplished that! He rapidly moved into a leadership position and is now on target for a management role.
We are happy to hear Allen report that he feels that working with the crew here has cemented his goals and career path for his future development and we look forward to watching this accomplished young man reach his full potential.
Congratulations to Taylor Bozich on being selected for Razor Managements Group Employee Spotlight of the Month! Taylor moved to St. Louis to finish high school and graduated from Missouri State University this summer with a Public Relations degree and minor in General Business. Taylor interviewed for the position with Razor Management in late April and we were thrilled to have her on our team upon her graduation.
Taylor grew up at the lake of the Ozarks so naturally a lot of her interests include being outside or being in the water which drew her to the area. Taylor relates,
“I was captivated by Razor’s culture which aligned with mine. I felt like this was a company that I could grow with. I was so excited to start and see what I would become. As I move forward I have been blessed with so many opportunities to truly experience growth and movement in the company. My goals now are to make the HI division in Sam’s a huge success. I hope to begin building people and creating teams that will carry and grow that success!”
Taylor has in a short period of time became a huge asset to Razor Management and we look forward to watching her achieve her dreams! Congratulations Taylor!
Congratulations to Nathan Skelton for his nomination for Employee Spotlight of the Month. The Skelton family, most known for consecutive generations of involvement with one of America’s largest retail chains, Walmart, now has been recognized as an essential partner for branding and promotions.
Nathan hails from Northwest Arkansas Community College where he majored in Business Administration. An avid sports fan and a state champion football player from Shiloh Christian School twice over, the transition to Razor Management Group was one he fell into gracefully.

As his young career quickly develops at Bentonville’s premier firm, he states the biggest motivating factors behind his rising success, are his two children.

We provide unlimited promotional opportunities for each individual who joins our team based on achievement not seniority. By pushing our candidates to step outside of their comfort zones while practicing their newly acquired skills alongside more advanced team members, they achieve fantastic goals in exceptionally short amounts of time, with many advancing into upper level positions within six to nine months. All management starts learning the business from the ground up with lessons in marketing, teaching, training, and developing other team members, and mastering the back-end of business operations. From there, successful team members move into either a Junior Partnership position to oversee and manage a campaign or into a Marketing Director position where they launch a new territory and run their own office.
